Cancellation Fees

After 0:00, 14 days before check-in: 20% of the accommodation fee
After 0:00, 10 days before check-in: 50% of the accommodation fee
After 0:00, 7 days before check-in: 75% of the accommodation fee
Same day or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee

The distance to the inn is approximately 10 minutes by car and a 5-minute walk from the nearest Higashi-Hachimori station.
On weekdays (Monday-Friday), please use the “Charged Ride-Along Pick-up Service” which requires advance reservations.

We apologize, but pets are not allowed. However, guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing dogs are welcome. Please contact us when making a reservation.

Due to the presence of a sake dispenser, we do not allow guests under 20 years old to stay alone, in compliance with the law. Guests under 20 can stay if accompanied by someone over 20, but they cannot use the sake dispenser. We appreciate your understanding.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM the next day. Please check-in at our cafe or brewery.Check-in location varies depending on the day of the week. On days when the café is closed (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), check-in is at the sake brewery, which is a 2-minute walk away. If you will arrive after 3:00 PM, please contact the cafe or brewery in advance.

We also offer early check-in and late check-out for ¥2,000 per hour. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use these services.

Meals can be selected as an option when making a reservation. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, cutlery, and glasses. There is also a BBQ set outside, so you can bring your own ingredients and cook.

Smoking is prohibited indoors, but there is a designated smoking area outside. If smoking is detected indoors, a fee of ¥25,000 will be charged.
