Our hotel has established the following rules as part of the Terms and Conditions to ensure safe and comfortable use for our guests and to maintain the public nature of the hotel. Violations of these rules may result in the cancellation of the accommodation contract in accordance with Article 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
1. The use of guest rooms beyond the number of people specified in the contract is strictly prohibited. If it is found that the room is used beyond the specified number without prior notice, the additional usage fee will be charged.
2. The following acts are strictly forbidden on the hotel premises.
(1) Smoking in indoor areas of the facility. If we find a guest smoking on our premises, we will ask him/her to pay 25,000 JPY as a cleaning and deodorizing fee. However, smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas within the premises. Please ensure that cigarette butts are properly extinguished and disposed of after smoking.
(2) Roughhousing, making loud noises, spreading malodor, and any other actions that would inconvenience or cause annoyance to other guests.
(3) Excessive drinking. Please note that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by the carelessness of customers while drinking or in a drunken state, accidents such as falling into the ocean, or damage to your personal items.
(4) Bringing any of the following items onto the hotel premises
(ア) Animals, birds, etc. (except guide dogs)
(イ) Illegal chemicals, stimulants, drugs
(ウ) Explosive or flammable substances and other dangerous chemicals
(エ) Guns, rifles, swords and any other weapons
(オ) Items with significantly large volume or weight
(カ) Objects that emit malodor
(キ) Garbage or anything that impedes room and hotel hygiene
(ク) Other items that the hotel prohibits on its premises
(5) Acts against public order and morals or photographing such acts
(6) Moving, altering, or taking out equipment or items from their original location or purpose
(7) Leaving belongings outside the guest room
(8) Entering non-guest areas
(9) Using hair dye, bleach, etc. in the bathroom
(10) Conducting business activities without the hotel’s permission
(11) Any other acts that compromise safety or hygiene within the hotel
3. The following actions are strictly prohibited within guest rooms:
(1) Using the room for purposes other than accommodation
(2) Meeting with outside visitors in the guest room
(3) Posting photographs, posters on the windows, or displaying items that spoil the appearance of the hotel
4. If a room key is lost, the full cost of the key replacement work will be charged.
5. When using the parking lot, please adhere to the following:
(1) The usage time for guests is from the time of arrival to the check-out time specified by the hotel.
(2) Washing cars within the parking lot premises is prohibited.
6. Regarding age restrictions for accommodation:
(1) Due to the installation of a sake server, we do not accept reservations for guests under the age of 20.
(2) However, accommodation is possible if accompanied by a person over 20 years old. Guests under the age of 20 are prohibited from using the sake server. Accompanying persons must ensure that minors do not use the server.
(3) When staying with children, guardians must keep a close watch on their children at all times to prevent accidental ingestion of alcohol from the sake server.
Important Notes
Check-in and Check-out
– For guests arriving by car:
Check-in is conducted at a designated location (approximately 10 minutes by car from the facility), where keys will be handed over.
Check-out can be done at the same designated location or by returning the keys to a specified place within the hotel.
– For guests using public transportation:
Check-in is conducted at a designated location (approximately 5 minutes on foot from the nearest Higashihachibori Station). After check-in, transportation service to the facility is available upon prior request.
For check-out, staff will pick you up at the facility to collect the keys, or you can return the keys to a specified place within the facility.
When using fire (gas, BBQ, wood stove, etc.), please exercise caution. The use of fire outside the provided equipment (bonfires, fireworks, etc.) is prohibited.
When using stoves, always use the exhaust fan to ensure that smoke and odors do not remain inside the building.
When leaving the facility, please lock the entrance doors.
